Hi!! I will be at 27 Orchard Street in the Lower East Side this Saturday 12/3 3-7 with Aimee France who made this insane cake on the right. We're having a cake and tea pop-up!! Just a side note on this particular cake - I love persimmons.. we always had them in our house growing up this time of year because my parents wedding anniversary is Dec 5 and they went to Georgia (the country not the state) for their honeymoon so we always had in-season persimmons and Georgian wine late fall/ early winter.
